I am using my iCloud email address but when I reply to an email received via iCloud, the reply sometimes is lost. Original email has the arrow indicating a reply, but when I click on it,message says can't locate. It's not in sent folder or deleted either. Cannot figure out why this is happening?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3)

Thank you Eric. I checked and my settings are as you recommended. The "lost" replies are sporadic, not every time. I'm still not sure why but it's upsetting as I use email for personal business and it's important I have records. Appreciate anything else you might think to check out.

Try adding your address to the CC or BCC field, which should put a copy of the e-mail in your inbox.
