How can I convert an MPEG-4 movie made in Aperture to the older MPEG-3 format so older DVD Players can play it?

I have made a movie using Aperture that is in the MPEG-4 format. It works great on newer DVD Players, but many in my family have older players that cannot play MPEG-4. Is there a way to convert an MPEG-4 movie to MPEG-3 format?

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), Aperture 3.6
