My iPhone 5 cuts off after about 6 rings. How can I make it ring for longer?

I think there is a special code you should dial in order to get your phone to ring longer. However , the code depends on the carrier you have. So, I think the best way would be to contact your carrier or try to search in their web site.
For example, this is what vodafone says: http://support.vodafone.com.au/articles/FAQ/change-the-ring-time-before-Voicemai l-answers-phone
