When coping contacts to numbers I get incorrect and missing feilds

I have been trying to copy my apple contacts to a numbers spreed sheet. Each time I do this the fields and both incorrect and I am missing the Prefix field. So the First name comes up as image. I need the Mr. and Mrs. in the spreed sheet and some some reason it will not come up. Help....I have tried several different ways.
