How do I delete an app from my itunes library on my computer.
I've tried right clicking to delete; nothing happens. Tried selecting the app and hitting delete; nothing happens.

What view of your apps are you looking at? If you're looking at apps in your purchase history hover over the top left corner where there ought to be an X and you will see the cursor change shape. Click here and the app will be hidden from your purchase history. You can restore anything removed in error from Account Info > iTunes in the Cloud > Hidden Purchases > Manage.
