my incoming server on iMac is rejecting my password Mobile me iCloud

My mail account is not working the incoming mail server p01-imap.mail.me.com rejects my password. I have checked everything i can think of with no success.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
