Hi - my husband has a new iPhone 6 from work. Siri nor dictation are working.
We've looked under the general settings - there isn't a Siri option.
We've looked under restrictions - the Siri & Dictation settings are greyed out.
Is this an error with the phone - or potentially a company setting? Any ideas how we can activate it please?
