Explain options under "Purchased" section of Mac App store?

Under purchased section, I see following statuses for many apps - Install, Open and Download. Can anyone explain which status is for what? I understand that "open" is showing for already installed app and we can open the app directly from app store too. BUt don't know about Install and Download as shown below.
