If I update one device will all my devices be updated?
I Have an iPad and iPhone. Both need iOS updates. Do I have to update each one separately? If I update iPad will the iphone automatically be updated?

Separate updates. Updating one will not automatically update the other.
OK. Thx. That actually works better for something I have to do.
I'd also recommend, before you update, do a backup. Chances are you won't need it, but if you have it then you won't care if you don't need it. 🙂
Most updates go just fine, but sometimes things go pear shaped. In that case a backup is a good thing.
