Q: auto backup to iCloud not working

Im' plugged in, locked and strong WIFI, but still won't back up to iCloud, I bought extra storage, so that's not the issue. How can I get it to work, in the meantime I"m backing up to computer.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2
