mid 2010 iMac superdrive stopped burning new disks, error code 0x8002006E, could not run hardware test, any suggestions?
Mid 2010 iMac running Yosemite 10.10.5, 3.06 GHz intel core i3, 4 GB memory. Superdrive DVD burner just quit burning-error code 0x8002006E. I was unable to run Apple Hardware Test. Is there anything I can try before going to Apple repair (it's a long way from home)? Where do I go to learn what the error code I received is?
