All Notes on my iPad mini have disappeared ?

I just noticed that almost all of my notes from my iPhone are gone. I looked at them on Saturday then today I went to look at one again and my 20+ notes are gone. Only 3 are left. I have one note from 2011, one from 2012, and one from April 2015. Everything else has vanished. I haven't changed any setting, reset anything, and I havent done any updates since I looked at my notes on Saturday. WTH?

Check wherever you have the notes synced to. Are you using a supported application on the computer? Are you using an email account that syncs your notes?
