Why can't I drag files to the left-hand side of my desktop?
Why can't I drag files to the left-hand side of my desktop. All my files are bunched up in on the right and I can't drag them over.

Good day Ann,
If you have all the icons on your Desktop always going to the right side, it is likely that you have the Desktop View set to sort the items on your Desktop. You can change this by going to the Finder's View menu, selecting Sort By > None.
