No Passbook notifications for American Express Pass

I have not been receiving any notifications for my American Express pass, also the pass is not getting updated with the current data. When we checked at American express servers, we found that there are no requests coming from Apple to Amex servers. This requests from Apple to Amex stopped on 09/03 at 02:18 AM MST. Can you please check if there is any issue at Apple servers?
