I downloaded the alchemy sample library, but it doesn't show the presets nor does it let me browse presets by genre. At the top where the preset name is supposed to be, it always says refreshing library. Is there a solution to this?

Restart your Mac
Launch Logic..
Create a Software instrument track
Choose an Alchemy patch or add Alchemy to the Software instrument track manually....
Go to the File button in Alchemy's interface and click on Refresh Library.....
Wait for about 5 mins or so...and see if that fixes things...
