Sent Apple Mail appears in InBox

How do I prevent sent Apple Mail messages from appearing in my inbox.

I send all message via @sbcglobal.net. They appear in my Gmail inbox.

In Mail>Preferences>Composing is the box checked that says Automatically Cc or Bcc myself?
