Transfering iPhone emails from a deleted email account to my PC

Issue: My email account was accidentally deleted (in gmail, not on my iPhone). My iPhone still has my emails for this account and they are important to me. How do I get copies of these emails, preferably on my local PC?

Note: I will not be able to recreate the deleted account as someone else has since taken the email address.
