mail setup

I accidentally deleted my iCloud setup.

There were 2 listed, one being "inactive" (why does Apple do that?).

When I tried to delete the inactive one, it trashed my real iCloud setup.

I can receive email but can't send via Mail app.

I need to know the POP or IMAP and SMTP strings for my @me.com email address.

Can anyone advise?
