I have backed up my new phone via i cloud but it still shows no service. Do I have to remove the sim card from the old phone to make the new one work.
I have a no service note on my new i phone 5, I have backed up and transferred all from the old I phone 4 via i could, but need to know if I have to remove the old sim from the old phone to get the new one to work.
