other crescendos besides french horn?
Is there any other instruments (trombone, trumpets, etc) that have a crescendo setting like the french horns do?

Automatically no.. other than Timpani....
But you can use smart controls / automation to recreate a similar effect by opening / closing the EXS24 filter.... and using expression / volume automation at the same time..
