Changed iTunes email and store not recognizing previous purchases.

I changed my iTunes email after a possible breach. My old iTunes purchases show up under purchases, but not for complete your album. Is there a way to fix this without repurchasing songs I already have?

iPad, iOS 6.1.3, ipad 4th gen

If I understand you correctly, you changed the email for your Apple ID, and since then have been unable to use the iTunes Store's Complete Your Album feature for songs previously purchased, is that correct?
