iPad 2 Facetime fails to Mac

I can facetime to my friend's iphone but her Mac won't connect. Either if she calls me or I call her. This just started, we could facetime before ok. Although we recently started having problems at the very beginning it would freeze a lot and sometimes I got an echo. But then it would settle down. Now it says connecting and the person who called gets Factime Failed and the other person gets Facetime Ended. Oh, she can Facetime to another person's iPad. So is it my iPad or her Mac?
