can Apple replace my cracked iPhone 5c?
I recently had just dropped and cracked my phone and shattered a corner. My parents haven't found out yet so I was wondering if Apple could replace my phone.
iPhone 5c, iOS 8.4.1, I'm using a prelease iOS 9
If you have Apple care you can get the screen replaced for $79. If not, you will have to pay full price of $129 and this assumes just the glass screen is damaged. Apple does not provide warranty coverage otherwise for user induced damage.
