I have a vectone sim. It works in a Windows Phone and is active. I have an iPhone 4 that I want to use the sim card in. The iPhone 4 is unlocked to all networks. I even activated it with a BT sim which uses the EE network, like Vectone. I can use Vodafone, 3, Giffgaff, o2 and BT and Virgin sim cards.
When I put the vectone sim in and restore to activate it I get a message saying that the carrier settings do not work with the activation server. Yet there is A Vectone App and as far as I can see online other people use Vectone with their iPhones so I am very confused. I have tried restoring through iTunes using my MacBook Pro and still no joy.
I am a bit annoyed because I really need to use this sim card with my iPhone as I use a BT sim in my Windows Phone.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do to use this sim card and has anyone else had this problem?
