am I able to transfere music from i tunes if u purchase the 9.99 a month apple music plan,

Basically Apple Music is a streaming service, and you can listen on a Mac, and iPhone or an iPod Touch while connected to the internet. You can also download songs for offline listening but these cannot be transferred from one device to another: so you can download onto an iPod Touch but you cannot move the songs to other iPod versions as they don't have internet connectivity.
