game of war will not load past 20%

tried restart and reinstall

tried it on ipod, iphone 5 and iphone 6

please help asap as the game required players to log in regularily to shield and protect items purchhaced through itunes!!!!!

    I understand that you have an application on your iPad, Game of War, that will not open when you try to launch it.
