Problem report screens - can't get rid of them

I was trying to load an app which would transfer info from my sony phone to my iPhone.. when I loaded it it was, of course, a pay to use program, trying to delete it created the following issues, two message windows which pop up every 20 seconds. HELP PLEASE

That means you need to reinstall (or remove) the HP printing software.
