Q: I can't download iMovie on my Macbook

iMovie isn't pre-installed on my Macbook Pro, for some reason. So i tried to download it from app store, but when i get to the app it doesn't say download or etc. It says accept. So i push the accept-button, and i write my username and password. But after that, nothing happens. And I have tried this over and over again, but nothing happens. What should I do?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

    Hello djungelnskonung,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

From your question, it sounds like this is a new Mac and it came bundled with some pre-installed apps including iMovie. I understand that you try to accept the application in the App Store, but nothing happens.

To troubleshoot this situation, I would suggest working through the steps as described in the Accept your bundled apps section in the attached article. If you are still unable to download your apps, move on to the If you can’t accept an app section.

    Have a great day
