Can't access the mail app it's blank

i cannot open my mail the icon tells me the emails are there and the alert sounds when I try to open the app it comes up blank and after 5 secs it kicks me out back to my home screen any Ive deleted all the email accounts and reinstalled them but still nothing any help would be great
