My iPod Touch deleted all my notes; is there any way to restore them?

Hi. My iPod Touch has been low on storage recently, and just as I was about to back everything up, all of my notes deleted themselves?! Unfortunately, I haven't uploaded anything to iCloud or backed up my notes / recent photos. But I really need my notes back. Is there any way to restore them?

Just a side note, about a month prior to my notes being deleted, the iPod deleted all my photos as well but automatically restored them all shortly after. I was hoping that it might be the same this time, but the notes are yet to restore themselves so I'm hoping there's another solution. Thanks.
