What library is needed for iPhone 5c OS X 8?
I may have lost my library for ibooks. In ibooks I can never get a definition, I get "No Definition Found.
What library should be in my phone?
Here is one fix that was posted for a user having the same problem:
I did this and it worked. Change language to British English.
Settings > General > International > Language
Go to a web page with words and highlight one and select "Define"
It prompted me to download the dictionary for that (I had already downloaded the American English or English dictionary)
This defined words so I switched the language back to normal English and everything seems to work fine now.
If that doesn't work, try a reset (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the Slide to Unlock screen displays, try the app again.
