How do I transfer content from Nokia 6220 Classic (backed up via Nokia Suite) to Sony Xperia Z?

Firstly, apologies for putting this thread into the OS X section, but I'd really no idea where else to put it.

I have a Nokia 6220 Classic:

which is on it's last legs. It runs the S60 3rd Edition software:

I back up the contacts, calendar, text messages, photos, music, etc. using Nokia Suite 3.8.54:

running on Windows XP.

Windows though runs under emulation via Oracle VirualBox 4.3.30:

on my Mac, which natively runs Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard):

I've been offered a second hand Sony Xperia Z:

which would be a stellar upgrade from my existing phone, and software is available to let this phone connect to a Mac:

The current version doesn't work with Mac OS X 10.6, but I've downloaded an earlier version that does (3.2) and it installed fine and launches ok:

The thing is though, how can I save my contacts, calendar entries and text messages (I'm not bothered about the photos and music) in such a way that I can transfer them from the Nokia to the Sony?

If anyone has a method that would work, and that they could guide me through step by step, I'd be very grateful.

Please don't suggest upgrading the Mac OS. That's not an option at present. I do have access to a proper Windows PC running Windows 7 though, if that would help.
