Checkbox doesnt work as usual Itunes 12

Ill try to explain the problem. On itunes 10 while a playlist was playing you can uncheck the checkboxes on that playlist and the songs you uncheck didn't play.

now on itunes 12 if you uncheck a checbox while the playlist is playing the unchecked song still plays, you need to stop the playlist and begin to play it again in order to register the changes.

So on itunes 10 you can make changes on the fly but on itunes 12 you cant.

And im almost shure that this problem dosnt exist on itunes for windows (i can't check right now but when i can i will post it)
