i can't create a new share album in one of my devices , which is using different iCloud email address but in a same apple ID !!

Recently , I can't create a new share album in one of my devices ( iPad air 2 ) , which is using different iCloud email address , but in a same apple ID !!

I mean i used same Apple ID for all my devices , but for having more space in iCloud , i preferred to use different iCloud address .

can you help me for any setup or changing ?
