My iphone 6 has no 3G or 4 G since it froze

REcently my iPhone 6 froze when I was putting the passcode in, it turned off and got stuck with the apple sign showing. I managed to reboot it by pressing the on /off key at same time as the home key, since then I have no 3G or 4 G data signs on the top of my phone although I have signal and can receive a phone call and text. I could not use my internet data package if I left my home Wifi though. How do I get it back?
