How do I add the file name to a cell?

Not automatic in Numbers, but it is possible.

Click on the document name

Copy (command c)

Click where you want the document name and Paste. That could be a Page Header or Footer in Print Preview:

That will be a static name; it will not update when you change the document name.

After thinking again, perhaps you want to create a HyperLink to another Numbers document.

That is not Possible in Numbers unless you use AppleScript.
