Dissociate contacts with email account

I have 2 email accounts on my iPhone.

When I add a contact on my iPhone, it associates with one or other account, but I didn't receive any notice to choose which one.

I would prefer either to choose the account, or not have some contacts not to be associated with either account.

How can I do this?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.2
