Get "incorrect password" in apple store only

Hi: Hope some one help. When I try to sign into my apple account to update something, see my purchases or anything else, and only on my macbook pro (late 2012 model) it says "the device or computer could not be verified, please contact support for assistance." This is very strange because it ONLY happens when I try to sign in to the apple store. Example: it let me sign in to this support community with my apple id. And I have no problems with my iphone 6 either. The only thing I can think of is I download a CD I borrowed from the library into itunes. After I downloaded the CD and connected my ipod it said my ipod was not authorized to sync to this computer. It did let me authorize my ipod and I can still transfer music and books.

Does any one know what's Happening?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 8.4.1, new 2 TB HD original crashed

I tried that several times but no luck. Contacted phone support and was told if was because I changed my password. He said because of security, it usually take 12 to 24 hrs to be able to sign in with new password. Waited but still can not sign into to verify my macbook. Thanks for your help but I think I have to try something different that restarting, changing passwords and signing out then back in again.
