When using Safari, my iPhone constantly gives me the message "a problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded." Is there a fix for this?

I had this issue a few times before the newest update of iOS on my iPad Mini.
Now, after installing 9.0.2 it happens several times a day. Grrrrrrr.
AAny answers tetanus? Lots of same problem. But I can't find a solution.
Yes web designers need to write compliant and up to date code so the CSS sheets load correctly and ditch Flash based advertising banners once and for all
