How do I sync contacts from a windows phone to my macbook pro?

OK so I did a daft thing and none of my devices will talk to each other - I have a Macbook Pro mid 2012 running Yosemite 10.10.5 and a Windows Nokia Lumia 920 with Windows 8. I want to sync the contacts on my phone with my Macbook - to transfer them FROM phone TO computer. All I can find is information about the Windows Phone app which is fine for transferring photos from phone to Macbook, but all help about contacts/calendars etc seems to be based on the idea of going in the other direction.

Oh and I wondered if I could use bluetooth but although my devices are paired, the connection keeps dropping and when I manage to ask the computer to browse the device I get an error message to the effect that the phone doesn't have the right capability.
