Thanks for your suggestion. Unfortunately, it did not work. I am also getting the same message when I attempt to access aa.com from my iPhone. American Airlines confirmed that my frequent flier miles have not been used but offered no assistance.
It's a message from the server, which seems to be blocking you. Do you get the same message when connecting from the phone on the cellular network (not the Wi-Fi network)?
Excellent point. I was able to connect from the phone using the cellular network. I have an Apple Airport Express which was powered off for 2 weeks. Thanks.
