Q: I have rebooted my iPad but I still cannot download apps

i I have rebooted my iPad twice but I still can not download any apps from the store

 

Can anyone help me please

    If you describe what is happening when you try to download apps, it would help. Otherwise it's a wide open guessing game on our end.

    when I go into the apple store it is totally blank, even on my desk top computer which is also a Mac 10.10.4

     

    I cannot get any updates at all and I have 13 pending to download.  I also cannot open emails the wheel just spins and spins

     

    I hope this as explained it a little better hope you can help

    I also reset the network settings this morning to no avail

    Can't download on my iPad either, tried a free app it asks for my password once I fill it, the running circle goes back to 'get' .

    Already did a hard reset, nothing.

    iPad Air , iOS 8.3.
