Stuck at "windows is loading files..."

HI, im trying to install windows 7 ultimate 32-bit on my late 2011 MacBook Pro. I got the torrent and ISO and burned it successfully and partitions via boot camp and it restarts automatically and it brings up the black screen that says windows is loading files... It loads up real fast one time and then a second it goes little by little and then stops at the same place. I recently installed the samsung evo 850 SSD which works perfectly. Do I have the option of swapping my old HDD and installing windows 7 & then cloning it to my ssd? Or how can I simply fix this issue? any help is appreciated.
