Mainstage 3.2 NOT Retaining Markers On Load

I use Mainstage with our cover band. Below is an example of my problem. I link the Marker box to a click audio track in "Playback" which has worked great up until 3.2. The top screenshot shows what it is doing and the bottom screenshot shows how it should look. With 3.2 when I load a "song" (Patch) the markers are not shown. I can click on the Marker box and relink it and they will return but if I save the Concert and or the Patch theu will be missing again on the next load. Obviously it's become a HUGE pain when you are loading 40+ songs and I have to relink every song before we go on. I reloaded 3.1 from Time Machine and the problem goes away so this is definitely a new bug introduced in 3.2. Any suggestions other than returning to 3.1?
