It sounds as if you are transferring content back to your computer from your iPhone when you get an error message stating that the computer is not authorized for some (or all) of the content.
Use the steps in this article to authorize your computer - Authorize your computer in iTunes. Note that if you have purchases on the iPhone from more than one account, the computer must be authorized for each account.
