Q: i’ve registered a new Apple ID but can't log in my account
I have already done every step,checking my email and filling all of the information,but I was not allowed to buy anything in app store.as i registered a new id,the system informed me to check my account,but actually i fell into the cycle and filled in the information over and over again.so i wonder if there's something wrong with my phone,or I have to use my computer to sign in.btw,i am able to log in iCloud,but App Store and iTunes,also I am sure i have enough money in my account

If you are having an issue with being unable to make purchases with your new Apple ID, you may want to be certain that there is a valid payment method associated with it. See this article for more information - Payment methods you can use in the iTunes Store, Mac App Store, App Store, and iBooks Store.
