i have viruses on my ipod touch 5th gen???

i entered safari on my ipod touch 5th gen and the first thing that pops up is a page saying viruses had been detected on it and asked me to scan so i did.

it found 8 viruses and there were two options i could choose. Cancel. or Continue(to the appstore) so i pressed continue and it lead me to a blank page on safari itself with the link website being called--- offermob.me. i dont know what to do. do i have viruses? and if so, what can i do to fix it?
