I have a 16gb iPhone 6 plus. I've used 10.8gb of memory yet my phone says I only have 700mb of memory left. I've no idea why can anyone help? I've cleared cashe and history made no difference. Thanks

Note on any hardware with storage capacity.
Eg, your iPhone 16 GM model do not have 16 GB free because you need to have an operating system to run.

Cath, if iTunes reports the "Other" category as larger than 500 MBs then please read the article below and consider doing a Restore to remedy. I have seen Other as large as 17GBs on larger iPhones. The solution is to Restore from a Backup.
