Q: My I pad 2 has a lit screen with ">slide to upgrade " at the bottom of the screen however the touchscreen does not work. I have tried restarting by connecting with I tunes without success.

My I-Pad 2 has a lit screen with ' > slide to upgrade' at the bottom of the screen , the touchscreen does not work. I have tried the usual method to restart through I-Tunes but the I- Pad is not recognized by my desktop.

Hello sawhny,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the touch screen is not responding. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
