Network Preferences quits unexpectedly include error report

For some reason I cannot open network preferences in my system preferences. I think I have an incorrect file in my path but am struggling finding which one. Also, I cannot click on my apple in the top left corner and my icons on the top right like wifi have disappeared. Please see error report below. Thanks in advance for your help.
